Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Batchio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software. Batchio is operated by Iseli International Commerce, based in Switzerland.
License
Batchio grants a personal, non transferable license to use the app on macOS devices associated with your Apple ID. The license is non exclusive and may be revoked if these terms are violated.
Free and Pro Tiers
The free version includes all 9 rule types with no time limits: find and replace, add text, numbering, change case, remove characters, date insertion, extension handling, EXIF metadata, and audio metadata. Pro features (presets, automation, Finder Quick Action, Shortcuts) require a one time $4.99 in app purchase. The Pro upgrade applies to all Macs signed into the same Apple ID.
Intellectual Property
Batchio and its design are owned by Iseli International Commerce. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by international copyright laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Batchiois provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We recommend verifying rename operations using the live preview before committing. We do not warrant that the software will be error free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all hardware and software configurations.
Limitation of Liability
Iseli International Commerce is not liable for data loss resulting from rename operations. Always maintain backups of important files. In no event shall Iseli International Commerce be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Batchio. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Batchio shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swiss courts.
